FOCUS AND SCOPE

JEPM is a peer-reviewed Open Access Journal that covers a broad range of topics in the processing industry to be of interest and use to both researchers and practitioners.

The main objective of the Journal is the presentation and discussion of the results that are directly linked to theoretical managing and engineering aspects in the chemical and food processing industry, as well as in metallurgy, construction and industrial finishing. It also includes topics related to the environment and environmental protection. The authors from universities, research centers and industry are invited to submit papers and take part in the future issues of this publication.

Contributions to innovative developments in the areas of the processing industry and materials science strongly related to sustainable development are especially welcome. The Editors especially solicit contributions that synthesize experimental and commercial studies yielding results with direct engineering significance.
